No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

"All of our apartment homes include in-home laundry connections, giving you the flexibility to bring your own washer and dryer if preferred. We also offer the convenience of a washer and dryer set available for rent, which can be included in your home for $65 per month. This option is completely optional and not required. "Parking is available at the community and includes convenient open parking for residents and guests. We also offer detached garages for $125 per month for those who prefer covered or private parking. In addition, storage units are available for $85–$95 per month, providing extra space if needed. All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.

The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 2 per bedroom plus one. 1 bedroom = 3 occupants / 2 bedroom = 5 occupants / 3 bedroom = 7 occupants. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.

Our guest policy is residents are allowed guests in the apartment homes and community. All guests must be accompanied by a leaseholder if using any of the community amenities. Maximum of 2 guests per apartment at amenities. If a guests is staying over an extended period, they will need to complete a rental application and receive approval to remain in the apartment home. Guests are unable to receive mail and/or packages. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.

Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas at no additional cost, and no permits or fees are required. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
